In 2019 Malton Plastics acquired a 250 tonne plastic injection moulding machine. Now in 2021, we've done it again, investing in a second brand new 250 tonne plastic injection moulding from Haitian. The new machine has been delivered and installed alongside a new robot and conveyor system for automation of production.
Demand has substantially increased for larger components at Malton Plastics which includes our own horticultural product range. The new 250T plastic injection moulding machine will relieve the workload on our existing 250T and 350T machines, increasing capacity and take our total number of machines to ten.
