Malton Plastics is a UK plastic injection moulding company, providing manufacturing services to companies in the automotive, agriculture, construction, consumer appliances, electronics, floorcare, and home and garden sectors.
With injection moulding at our core, we provide sustainable supply chain solutions through design, support, manufacturing, quality and logistics, from your initial concept, we make it a reality. From single components, to finished goods, Malton Plastics offers a diverse portfolio of services.
Malton Plastics (UK) Ltd. are primarily, custom or trade moulders, specialising in plastic injection moulding. What this means is that we typically deal with individual requests for manufacture and as such, unlike a lot of moulders; we rarely market or sell our own products to a designated market. Essentially, our target market is custom and we adapt ourselves to meet the individual customer or businesses needs to provide a ‘one stop shop’ solution. Because of this we currently work with a wide variety of customers all of which work in some similar and some different industries.
As custom moulders the scope of what we do is not defined within the current markets we operate in and as such we are open to dealing with any enquiries.
We also don’t allow ourselves to be defined by the size of component we produce nor the volume of product. Currently our machining capability is between 35-320 tonnes and we process most commodity and engineering thermoplastics with a component weight of up to 1kg. Likewise, we are open to increasing the size and scale of components we can produce while also being able to provide short volume runs and small to precise components and as such are open to any enquiries.

Injection Mould Tool Making
MPL works with aluminium, steel and fully hardened steel moulds. We securely store all tools ready for your next order to ensure batch consistency. _________________________
Injection Moulding Design
MPL tool makers use Computer Aided Design (CAD), which allows us to accurately demonstrate on screen how a component will look. Our tool makers can easily make changes, alterations or additions to these drawings. _________________________
We aim to provide an all-in-one-solution whereby we can do the design, tool making, manufacturing, pick, pack and assembly all for you. Negating the need for you to look elsewhere to complete your product. _________________________
Pad printing is a modern printing process that can be used to quickly transfer 2-D images onto 3-D objects. This process is ideal for providing branded products to go direct to market from manufacturing. _________________________
Ultrasonic welding uses high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations to weld two components together to create one complete plastic product. _________________________
Pick, Pack and Assembly
MPL negate the need for you to pack your own products. Simply inform us of your pick and pack requests and we'll accommodate as best we can onsite. We currently provide products intended to go direct to market after manufacturing
